Very helpful with explaining to the non English speaking staff how my daughter wanted her nails done. She also did an awesome job on my pedicure.

Grace was super sweet and I loved how she double checked what I wanted to get done. Ava did a good job but what bothered me was that as she was clipping the skin around my nails off she kept commenting that it was a lot of skin and even showed it to Grace and started talking about it with her. Almost like she was making fun of it. Yeah it was a good bit of skin (I guess. Didn’t really seem like a lot but she just kept clipping), but I mentioned that I don’t get to go get my nails done often and it had been quite a while this time. I just didn’t appreciate that interaction. Other than that, my nails look great and I really love Palace Nails. I’ll just make sure to request someone else in the future.
