I went in last Friday. I waited about 30 minutes and had to leave to get to a wedding another town. 3 people who came in after me got started before me. I went in today and asked for Bailey who was great but waited another 30 minutes but also asked for redo toe polish no one came and nothing was said about it. After getting my nails done I had to leave. There was much confusion at the desk about appointments. Don’t know what going on. Didn’t use to be like this

Palace Nails is great. I was discouraged today because I was charged $5 for shaping. I don’t understand this charge. I did speak to someone about it and he insisted that I was charged because my nail was shaped. I had a refill. You have to file the nails and last time they were not filed narrow enough like I usually get so I asked her to make them narrow. I should not have been charged. I decided to try you out about 3 months ago and decided to stay but I will most likely be going back to my previous salon that is just as great and charged me much less.
It was a really good experience. However just one day after my appointment, the design started to chip and fade. Really disappointed by this considering how much I paid for the set and design.
I have going to Palace Nail Salon for the past 5 years and have been extremely satisfied with Stephanies’s mani/pedis. She does a great job, as do the front counter staff. Kudos to you all!!
