At our salon, we follow the following policy for the mutual convenience of the customers and the salon. • All services are guaranteed. • For any reason, if you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service on the same day. No refunds will be given. We will not be responsible for allergic reactions or burning due to wax on clients who are using medication or acne creams. • Please request prices for the additional services you wish to receive. • Please inform your nail tech any of your medical conditions before your service • Waxing Policies - Only the guest and the wax technician are allowed in the waxing room while services are being performed. Guests aged 15 or younger may be accompanied in the waxing room by a parent or guardian. - Inform your wax technician if you have any change in your skin care regime or if you are using any oral or topical prescription acne medications. • Appointment and Cancellation - If you are late by 10 minutes for an appointment, we will move to the next customer. - A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. • We require a $50 fee for any party that has more than 5 members. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with us. • WE ACCEPT CASH, VISA AND MASTERCARD.
