• All services are guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied due to an error on our part, we will re-perform the service on the same day.
• Please note that refunds are not provided.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritation caused by waxing if you are using medications or acne creams.

• Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions before your service begins.

Only the guest receiving the service and the wax technician are allowed in the waxing room. Guests aged 15 or younger may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Inform your wax technician of any changes in your skincare regimen or if you are using oral or topical prescription acne medications.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may need to move to the next customer.
• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services.
